Computer Assignment: Plotting Phase Portraits

Below are two applications that plot phase portraits, one of which should work on your PC. If you are unsure what vbrun300.dll is begin by downloading the first program link below. If that does not work try the second program link.

Instructions:

A. Plot phase portraits for problems 1-8 in section 6.1 of Edwards and Penny. Can you match them as shown in the text?

B. For problems 19, 21, 22, 26, 27, and 29 of section 6.2 of the text, plot phase-portraits for both the almost linear system and the linearized system. See example 2 in section 6.2 of the text.
