Optional Advanced Placement Mathematics Examinations

An incoming freshman with College Board AP Calculus credit, International Baccalaureate (IB) Mathematics credit, French Baccalaureate Mathematics credit, University of Cambridge Mathematics credit, Edexcel Mathematics credit or Scottish Qualification Certificates credit may be awarded credit for MATH 1501, Calculus I (see the AP Credit credit chart). Transfer Credit Evaluation

When a transcript arrives at Georgia Tech (GT), the Transfer Credit Office will evaluate most of the courses. Only courses with C or higher grades will be transferred to GT.
