PROCEEDINGS
We plan to publish a proceedings containing survey papers by the invited
speakers, contributed papers, and sections on open problems and future
research. The proceedings will be published by ETNA (Electronic Transactions
on Numerical Analysis). The deadline for submission of papers is April 30,
2005. Please send a PDF file to the e-mail address
saffproc@math.gatech.edu
Each participant will receive a CD containing the ETNA volume of the
proceedings (this is included in the registration fee). The homepage of ETNA
is at etna.mcs.kent.edu.
Authors will normally
submit papers to the proceedings for publication via e-mail, and they will
be required to submit their manuscript in LaTeX using the siamltex style
files. The siamltex
package is
available from SIAM or from the
LaTeX link
on ETNA's web page. Sample manuscripts illustrating its use are provided
with the package.
