Directions from Atlanta Airport:
It is not necessary to use a car or taxi from the airport, and if you arrive at rush hour it will actually be quicker to use rapid transit, locally known as MARTA. There is a MARTA station inside the airport, and the fare is $1.75. (Tokens will not be returned, and no proof of payment will be required at the exit.) At the Airport MARTA station, go up the stairs and board any train, right or left. Take the train 20 minutes or so to North Avenue Station. When leaving the train, turn right and exit the station to the south (opposite to the direction of the train). Go to the right out of the station and walk west along North Avenue. After crossing over a freeway, the campus will be to the right. Near the top of a hill, turn right onto Cherry Street and enter the campus. The Skiles building will be to the left just before Cherry St. bends sharply to the right. Typically the walk between the School of Mathematics and MARTA is ten minutes or less.

The School of Mathematics is located on the first and second floors of Skiles Building, which is the highlighted building on the map.
The map below will open in a new window and show you precise directions:

Driving Directions to campus:
If you are entering Atlanta from I-20 or while traveling north on I-75 or I-85:
I-75 and I-85 merge in Atlanta to form I-75/85. (If you are on I-20, go north on I-75/85 in the center of Atlanta.) Exit the expressway at Exit 249D which is the Spring Street and West Peachtree Street exit. Turn left at the second light onto West Peachtree Street. Turn left at first light onto North Avenue. After crossing over a freeway the campus will be to the right. Near the top of a hill, turn right onto Cherry Street and enter the campus. At the stop sign, turn right on Ferst Drive, and continue until you reach Student Center Parking Deck on the left. Parking rules are very loosely enforced after 4pm and gates go up on most gated campus lots around that time. Interpret that at your own discretion.
