We have now finished the largest meeting we have ever hosted.
With over 650 paid registrants, and a total attendance of nearly
700, it was more than twice the size of a typical meeting of
either the AMS or the MAA in this part of the country.
I would like to thank Jan Lewis and Lew Lefton, Chris Weinberg,
Annette Rohrs, Jackie Smythe, Pat Johnson, and Toya Hampton, as
well as Diego, Paul, Kenneth, Tim, and a number of our graduate
students, for all of their efforts in making the meeting a
success.
