Brett Wick Receives Humboldt Research Fellowship

Brett Wick has received the Humboldt Research Fellowship for Experienced Researchers in recognition of his  scientific work in complex function theory. The candidates are selected solely on the basis of their academic record. The most important criteria for assessment are:

  • academic publications in internationally-reviewed journals and publishing houses;
  • statements on the candidate's academic profile and potential contained in the expert references;
  • the academic quality and feasibility of the research proposal.

Brett will be based at the University of Paderborn hosted by Professors Sandra Pott and Birgit Jacob. The fellowship is for a period of 18 months. Brett plans to spend several semesters beginning in Spring 2010 through Summer 2012 at the University.
