Research Interests

Research Description

I am a Biomathematican and Professor in the School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech.  I am also an Adjunct Professor of Biology and Public Health at Emory University. Some of our group's current research interests include microbial population and evolutionary dynamics (especially in physically structured environments), anti-microbial chemotherapy, dynamics of the gut microbiome and perturbations by antibiotics, transmission of respiratory viruses, dynamical networks, and dynamical systems.
