Textbooks: Calculus - one and several variables, 8th edition, by Salas, Hille, Etgen and Beginning with Linear Algebra, by Carlen and Carvalho. Beginning with Linear Algebra, including answers to odd-numbered exercises and corrections, is available online, but given the length, I recommend you download only the answers and corrections, and purchase the text at the bookstore.
