Textbooks: Calculus - one and several variables, 9th edition, by Salas, Hille, Etgen and Beginning with Linear Algebra, Spring 2004 Edition by Carlen and Carvalho. This edition of Beginning with Linear Algebra is available online. There is even a link to solutions to odd-numbered problems. Section numbers and problem numbers agree with the Fall 2003 edition.
