Research Interests:

Currently I am mostly interested in the interplay of dynamical systems and probability theory. In particular ergodic theory and statistical properties of deterministic systems, KAM theory, bifurcation theory. My research mainly focuses on billiards and applications to statistical mechanics, as well as partial differential equations and pattern formation. There are also occasions where I find numerical simulations extremely helpful to get more insight to a problem.
