• Homework 1 (due January 28, 2005).
• Print and sign the Instruction Sheet for Exam 1, and bring it to the exam on February 11, 2005. The exam will cover Sections 1.1-1.4, 1.6-1.7, 2.1, 2.3-2.4 in the text.
• Homework 2 (due March 2, 2005).
• Exam 2 has been RESCHEDULED to Monday, March 14, 2005. Print and sign the Instruction Sheet for Exam 2, and bring it to the exam. The exam will cover Sections 2.6-2.7, 3.1-3.2, and 4.1-4.3 in the text.
• Homework 3 (due April 1, 2005).
• Exam 3 has been RESCHEDULED to Monday, April 11, 2005. Print and sign the Instruction Sheet for Exam 3, and bring it to the exam. The exam will cover Sections 5.1-5.3 and 6.1-6.2 in the text. In Section 6.2, Gram-Schmidt and orthogonal complements will not be included. There will be a problem session in class on Friday, April 8.
• Homework 4 (due April 18, 2005). This homework includes 10 bonus points.
• Homework 5 (due April 27, 2005).
