(1) CONSTRUCTIVE FUNCTION THEORY CONFERENCE: From 7-9 November 2004, there was a major international conference on all aspects of constructive function theory, at Georgia Tech, in honor of Ed Saff.  The programme, participants, abstracts, and photos of the conference are available on this website.
